About State Allocations
The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) is responsible for distributing revenue collected by the Federal Government of Nigeria among the three tiers of government. This includes revenue from crude oil sales, taxes (VAT, Company Income Tax), and customs duties. State governments receive a significant portion of this revenue to fund infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
OurLgaMoni provides this directory to ensure transparency in how these funds are allocated. By tracking "Total Net Amount," we account for various deductions such as external debt servicing and contractual obligations (ISPO) that are subtracted at source before the funds reach state treasuries.
